Kendita Alumnae Assist at Women & Girls Program

May 2021
Female graduates of the Kendita Initiative participated in the Women and Girls Program (WGP) at the South Sudan Peace Library in Juba. The young women assisted by organizing the library for the program, translating the presentations into Arabic for some of the attendees, and catering. Participating in the WGP in this way gave the young Kendita Alumnae the opportunity to listen to the speakers and share their own ideas.
“The Program is very good. It helps us understand what we don’t know and we meet great women and ladies here.”
